Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, bank details, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, health information, or other highly sensitive personal information through our general website forms.

04 Forms and Service Providers
Key Verified currently uses FormSubmit.co to process website form submissions and deliver them to hello@keyverified.com. Information entered into a form is transmitted through FormSubmit and may also be processed by our hosting, email, and security providers as necessary to deliver and protect the service.
According to FormSubmit’s published help information, submissions awaiting form activation may be retained for up to 30 days. FormSubmit’s handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy.
Key Verified may use additional service providers when reasonably necessary for website hosting, email delivery, security, storage, or business operations. These providers should receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.

Companies may contact Key Verified to request review of inaccurate or outdated profile information.
