04 Forms and Service Providers
Key Verified uses FormSubmit.co to process website form submissions and deliver them to hello@keyverified.com. Information entered into a form is transmitted through FormSubmit and may also be processed by our hosting, email, and security providers as necessary to operate and protect the service.
According to FormSubmit’s published help information, submissions awaiting form activation may be retained for up to 30 days. FormSubmit’s handling of information is also governed by its own privacy policy.
Key Verified may use additional service providers when reasonably necessary for website hosting, email delivery, security, storage, maintenance, or business operations. These providers may receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform their services.
05 Public Company Profiles
Selected business information may be displayed publicly in the Key Verified directory or within a company profile after review.
