How Key Verified Makes Money
Key Verified is an independent verification platform for property management companies. Our mission is to help property owners find trustworthy managers using transparent, consistent standards.
Our core service is free
- Verification and listings are free. Companies do not pay to be verified or to appear on Key Verified.
- Rankings are not for sale. We do not accept payment to influence which companies are verified, their verification findings, or their position in organic search results.
How we support the platform
- Featured placements and sponsorships. Companies may optionally purchase clearly labeled Featured placements or sponsorships. These placements are visually distinct and do not affect verification status, verification findings, or organic search rankings.
- Optional marketing services. We may offer optional services such as profile optimization, case studies, and review-response guidance. These services are separate from verification.
- Owner lead requests. When available, owners may submit a “Request quotes” form. We may share those requests with a limited number of participating verified companies, with the number of recipients disclosed to the owner.
Our independence
- Verification is based on publicly available information and company-provided documentation reviewed against Key Verified’s published standards.
- We do not sell badges, certificates, or guaranteed “Top 10” status.
- We do not accept payment to change or remove verification findings.
